CSSA rule based markup that defines how elements are rendered in a web page. Released about when I started my development journey (Dec 1996), CSS started out for me as a new technique for styling pages without using <table>and <font> tags. Today it has taken its place as it was intended, total control over the visual design of a webpage.
I have a wealth of experience in producing dynamic layouts that flex to different screen sizes, are maintainable, and efficient. These days I use SCSS to modularise my CSS, ensuring maintainability, and have a build process for producing output files. I have also created a PHP based CSS Minifier called CSSdoc.
