"Submerge deals with a large amount of data, and before working with Hexydec we had no systems in place to administer/control/collect it. Hexydec helped us understand what this data was, where is should go and how we could use it to our benefit.

"When we approached them they worked through our complete annual cycle and suggested a fully integrated system that could interconnect the various processes that happened throughout the year.

"They're approach went above and beyond the three month development, they have continued to support the system and have come to the rescue no matter what the time/place (late at night, the day before the event starts!)

Now in its 6th year, attendance of the annual Submerge exhibition is a must for any industry media professionals from the South West and the surrounding area.

Showcasing the latest talent from the cream of the South West's university media graduates, this two day exhibition aims to connect media graduates with the industry, and includes seminars, tutorials, and a prize ceremony.

As well as the exhibition, the guys at Submerge work tirelessly all year round to promote graduates and their work, and source job opportunities.

Hexydec has been involved with helping Submerge with the exhibition for the last two years, indeed the roots of this company stem from project work exhibited at Submerge!

This year our involvement is greater still, being commissioned to develop a backend database management system to provide functionality for registering graduates and delegates, and managing this data in regards to the exhibition, so they can electronically track attendance, send emails to various years' members and manage other data that has feeds to the front-end flash application (build by Submerge) to display news and exhibition events etc.
